By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
• The promoter is Oak Furnitureland Group Limited, a company incorporated with company number 12645185, whose registered office address is c/o Unit Dc2 Viscount Way, South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon, Wiltshire, England, SN3 4TN (“Promoter”).
• The Promotion is open to individuals’ resident in the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who have an Instagram account except for employees of Oak Furnitureland, their immediate family members, or any person professionally associated with this activity (or members of their family or household may not participate in the Promotion.
• Entry is open to residents of the UK excluding Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except employees (and their families) of Oak Furnitureland, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with either Oak Furnitureland or the Competition. Please note that, whilst we do offer home delivery to every UK postcode (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland), certain products cannot be delivered to certain parts of Northern Ireland. Please refer to our website for full terms and conditions with respect to deliveries.
• The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over.
• The Prize must not be auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further entries under this or any other promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Prize.
• The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for delayed or incorrectly submitted Entries or Entries which are not submitted via Meta.
• In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the rules, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated to you via Instagram
• The Promotion is not affiliated with Meta and is in no way connected with, sponsored or otherwise supported, accompanied or monitored by Meta or any subsidiary companies and/or associates. All questions, comments or complaints relating to the Promotion should be addressed to the Promoter and not Meta.
• The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion and comply with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. • The competition can be entered by following @oak_furniture_land, @sophiehome_london, and @britishcolourstandard
on Instagram, liking the post and tagging someone in the comments
• The winner of the competition will receive a £100 voucher from Oak Furnitureland, a £100 voucher from Sophie Home, and a £100 voucher from British Colour Standard. Vouchers will be provided in the form of codes, which can be used on each brand’s respective website.
• In the event of the prize not being available for whatever reason, no cash alternative will be offered, and the prizes cannot be sold.
• Delivery times of the prize will vary depending on the product/s availability and will be advised by the promoter’s representative at the time of booking the prize.
• The winner will need to arrange for someone to be present for the delivery of the prize, on a date to be agreed with the promoter.
• It’s the winner’s responsibility to ensure the prize will fit in their chosen location, and entryways are suitable to their property.
• One entry will be accepted per entry mechanic.
• There is no entry fee, and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• Closing date for entry will be at midnight on 13/04/2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
