Lovely comfy sofas and a bit smaller giving us far more room with three large dogs. My only slight criticism is we would have preferred a power pack but sadly Oak Furniture Land do not sell them. The fabric looks like leather but is warmer and easy to wipe cats paw marks off too

Very happy with it , but think you could have put wooden legs all around, as black plastic ones that support recliners look cheaper. The electric cable on the 3 seater could have been hidden better and with left or right hand ports, and the back of the 3 seater the material could have been better designed as I have a open plan room, and you can see the back of it as we come in.The cable was just left lying on the floor, and as people come in at the back of it , we had to try and sort it ourselves .

Really solid and sturdy. Recliners and phone chargers on each end are a real bonus. We had to wait about 16 weeks but completely worth it. We also paid the £100 for them to set up and unpack and take away the packaging and the guys done a great job - we just had to sut back and enjoy these really comfortable and stylish sofas. We also have z nig dog who sits on the sofa and so far, any mud and marks have just wiped away.

Had one hell of a wait for this product but this company pulled out all the stops and provided a temporary replacement sofa over christmas new year period for us i.e. two pensioners. Smooth delivery of temporary sofa and smooth delivery of our order delivered at the later date as promised on: January 10th. Our Dylan 3 & 2 seater sofas are Stylish, very comfortable, so classy in a beautiful pastel grey, material looks deceptively like a very fine up market leather, accompanying pouffe provides a classy addition with a generous storage bonus. All in all over the moon with those in top management of Oakland Furniture who went out of their way to make sure a couple of pensioners received clean new 'temporary' sofas to see us through the christmas and new year period until our order: 2x Dylan sofas arrived. Big Thank:You to Oakland Furniture, beautiful product, worth every penny, fully appreciate the extra special customer service care we received that eminated from the top down, you know who you are. Thank You!. Highly recommend the product and this companys' customer service!

A couple of weeks since delivery and very happy so far. Feels like a quality product. But the main purpose of my review is to applaud the customer service I received prior to delivery. I was part-way through buying the sofa in a different colour - until I noticed delivery would be nearly five months away. I abandoned my cart. The next day a customer service representative called me (I'd added my number during the order process) and after asking why I had abandoned my purchase, explained it was available at 14 days' notice in a different colour. Very happy with the service I received here and in a subsequent call to ask about the additional cover you can purchase.

Love the sofa and pleased with our choice, however Im heavily pregnant and paid extra for delivery to room of choice and the delivery men said they were not allowed to get the sofa out of the box so my husband managed to convince them to get it to the door and has to unpack and navigate it into our house himself. I tried to call the delivery line waited 47 mins on hold and gave up. Poor delivery service after I had paid extra. It makes no sense to pack sofas in a box that the drivers cannot open to bring into the house.
