We absolutely love this sofa, it’s hard wearing as we have two large dogs. It’s stylist and equally comfortable. Purchasing the sofa was easy, delivery was within 3 weeks with interest free payments. I would definitely recommend Oak Furnitureland.

Overall a very good experience from purchase in the store to delivery. Arrived exactly to schedule and the delivery team were fantastic in spite of the pouring rain. The only small criticism was that our delivery window was so late in the evening although we were informed of that earlier on the day of delivery.

Certainly value for money, looks terrific. Perhaps because of the position of the reclining controls to move these panels upwards, difficult to reach when fully down, and perhaps with a rib on the surface of the buttons to differentiate between the two.

Very well built and constructed, comfortable but a bit firm. Slightly more upright than our previous sofa, shame the back doesn't move until the foot rest is completely up. Our old sofa was very worn and saggy so probably not the best comparison.

Really happy with this purchase and the advice of the salesman , when I asked about if the price goes down in any sales before ours was delivered he added a note of price promise comparison if before delivery , with this we had a no fuss refund of over £400 after telephoning the head office as was the agreement . They were excellent from sales to delivery and quality , we have no hesitation in recommending Oak furnitureland .

Really happy with this sofa, very comfortable. We got it in the sale, so excellent value for money and it looks lovely in our lounge. 👌 Delivery: I wasn't impressed with the delivery company, which is obviously contracted out. The 2 men weren't very courteous or helpful at all, literally dumped the sofa and ran. I had to build it myself i.e. insert the backs on to the sofa. They left the huge cardboard packaging box for us to get rid of, which meant several trips to the recycling centre. Sort your delivery contract out with these guys in the Basingstoke area, not happy about that at all!

Great product but I feel very let down by the company due to waste removal. We live in an area with the smallest recycling boxes. However our experience was ruined when all the rubbish was left behind. It took me an hour to cut it all up. I then had to book in to a recycling centre, put it all in my car (three loads !!!) and drop it all off. Quite frankly being informed this was going to happen would have been a great help, but to find out on the day just spoilt the whole experience.

Recliner is so comfortable. The delivery service was exceptionally poor. Paid for the recliner to be delivered to room of my choice. The driver said the box wouldn't fit through the hall. He left the box at the end of my drive and told me to get family to help me get it in the house. Not near the front door. His assistant was more helpful, but still. I had taken time off work to go home at the allotted time. My husband and I had to unbox and take the recliner, which fitted as in parts through my hall as it started was raining. Not happy as I didn't get the service I paid for!!! Not told when I bought this service. Very angry!!

Sofa looks amazing. Feels soft and plush and has that vintage look. Very comfortable and recliner function works well. USB charging ports a bonus. Had to wait a few months for delivery which was pushed back twice but well worth the wait.

The salesperson at the Derby store was very informative and helpful without being pushy. Perfect. Delivery was promised on the 10/11/21 and this was confirmed the day before delivery by text advising a slot for the next day between 10am and 1pm. We received a phone call on the day of delivery advising the truck would arrive in 10minutes and duely arrived at 10.45am. The two people on delivery were polite and helpful,unpacked and sited the suite and plugged in. Took the packaging away. We were delighted with Oak Furnitureland and strongly recommend them. Impressed with the speedy delivery and the amiable delivery men! The sofa is really very comfortable and the reclining motion is very smooth. It isn't the prettiest of sofas but I bought it for the height of the seating so it's easy for me to get up from with my dodgy knee and am very happy with it.

I would give these a 5 all round, however, they were put in the sale after we paid for them, and before they were delivered and for both there is now £500 off in total - a lot of money and I feel as they were not yet delivered and in sale I feel they have a duty to refund the difference - we have emailed them and they are "looking into it" a week on we have heard nothing. These sofas are lovely, colour is darker than what is shown on the site.

This product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted but the price is excetionally cheap considering its now 699 in the sale and we paid 1000 for it... And was told no deal could be made when purchasing overal great product delivery was a bit to be desired... Left the box outside for me to get rid of they said they wont take as its not there job it was mine, no dumps open 2 days before christmas so the front of the house looks hiddious,
