Our Dylan recliner armchair, shown here in Oxford beige, will add a touch of smart, modern design to your living room. Characterised by a sturdy frame, a fixed, foam-filled seat, quality back support, and slim oak feet, our recliner armchair is available in three different fabrics and a range of beautiful neutral shades with colour-matched stitching. The result is a neat, textured look, so you can always snuggle up in style. The electric reclining mechanism can be operated using two buttons on one of the arms. Next to these controls is a USB port, so you can rest for long periods of time, charging your devices as you use them. Our recliner armchair can be added to your existing furniture, or browse the rest of our Dylan range and style yourself a truly coordinated living room suite.

For a smooth delivery, this sofa has been designed to have some home assembly. Full instructions are supplied.

Think about the room where your new sofa will be living. Will you want to have side tables at each end? Or will you want a coffee table in front? Check you can fit what you want comfortably by looking at the sofa measurements. They are within the Dimensions & Assembly section. Jot them down, and get busy with your tape measure.

Furniture Guard

Our Dylan range is upholstered in a flat-weave cotton, polyester, and polyurethane blend, resulting in a smooth, suede-like texture that has a soft, luxurious feel. Available in a number of sophisticated neutrals, Dylan's upholstery is rated for heavy domestic use, so it will withstand the tests of time and real life.

Material composition:

Main material: 12% Cotton, 33% Polyester, 55% PU

Material construction:

Frame: Our sofas, armchairs, and footstools all come with a lifetime frame guarantee, as they feature solid hardwood and are designed not to creak or warp. Joints are strongly fixed using classic carpentry skills, so you can relax and enjoy the support and comfort of well-made furniture.

Seat base: Serpentine springs and webbing work together to spread the load of the seat cushions. As we use more springs than most, our armchairs have plenty of support at the base. That means no sagging and more comfort for you.

Seat cushion: Foam ensures these fixed seat cushions retain their shape and provide comfy, firm support.

Back support: Sturdy yet flexible elastic webbing keeps the fixed cushions in place and provides just the right amount of back support.

Back cushion: Foam is a resilient material that keeps the cushions in shape. Polyester wadding adds more subtle shaping and provides deep comfort.

Feet: Oak hardwood.

We choose our upholstery materials to look good, feel good, and to last. We make sofas for real homes where real life happens. Sofas for all sizes of home, all kinds of interior, and for all kinds of families.

Keep fabric upholstery looking good with regular vacuuming and dusting. Give real wood legs a polish. We stock a fabric care kit, with specialist products for general cleaning, and for old or resistant marks.

Sunlight

Sunlight can cause upholstery to fade. If your sofa is placed in a sunny part of the room, maybe draw the curtains at the sunniest times of day, or have a colourfast throw to shield the sofa from the strongest sunlight.

Sofas start with the frame. All of our sofa frames come with a lifetime guarantee, as we incorporate hardwood into every one and fix all joints with classic carpentry skills to prevent creaking.
