Created to offer the best of what makes mid-century modern a design classic, this sociable seat shows off perfectly padded angular tapered arms, with blind stitching and pinched detailing on the back cushions.

The soft chenille fabric upholstery, available in five crowd-pleasing colours, is both hard-wearing and attractive. This tactile fabric also features on the matching pair of scatter cushions, for polished yet playful appeal.

Four raised natural oak legs finish the look, which works perfectly with our Durham, Romsey and Orrick collections.

For a smooth delivery, this sofa has been designed to have some home assembly. Full instructions are supplied.

Frame: Made with modern carpentry techniques, Eton's lifetime-guaranteed frame incorporates robust resilient solid hardwood. Sit back and enjoy your seating in the knowledge that your frame won't creak or warp over time.

Seat base: Supportive serpentine-sprung silent wire is the perefect base for seating worth sinking into that will retain its style and structure over time.

Seat cushion: Foam with Dacron wrap works with seat base silent wire springs to create comfortable yet well-structured seat cushions worth sinking into.

Back support: Upholstery webbing provides a comfortable seating experience by helping the springs to move together to give evenly balanced support for your back.

Back cushion: Robust synthetic fibres give your reversible back cushions a cosy feel and offer added longevity.

Feet: Front and back feet in solid oak with a natural finish.

Sunlight can cause upholstery to fade. If your sofa is placed in a sunny part of the room, maybe draw the curtains at the sunniest times of day, or have a colourfast throw to shield the sofa from the strongest sunlight.

Sofas start with the frame. All of our sofa frames come with a lifetime guarantee, as we incorporate hardwood into every one and fix all joints with classic carpentry skills to prevent creaking.

Seat base. Serpentine springs spread the load of seat cushions. We use more than most manufacturers, giving a stronger base for support.

Seat cushions. Foam and fibre fillings are used in different ways across our ranges. Choose from styles with firmer comfort or cushions that are luxuriously soft.

Back cushions. Our sofas come in different styles. Tensioned webbing and superloop back springs support classic high back looks and pillow back cushions alike, fibre-filled for sink-in comfort.

Scatter cushions. Most of our sofas come with feather or fibre-filled scatter cushions. Made to match particular sofa ranges, they add that extra bit of comfort.
