Furniture Guard

Upholstered in choice of fabric blends, our Jasmine range has an elegant yet warm look. Available in a selection of colourways, this fabric 2-seater deluxe sofa bed will slot easily into a wide variety of interior styles.

Material composition:

Main material: 88% Polyester, 12% Nylon
Scatter cushion cover: 100% Polyester
Scatter cushion filling: Soft fibres fill the scatter cushions.

Material construction:

Frame: Our sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, and footstools all come with a lifetime frame guarantee, as they feature solid hardwood and are designed not to creak or warp. Joints are strongly fixed using classic carpentry skills, so you can relax and enjoy the support and comfort of well-made furniture.

Seat cushion: Three layers of foam make up our Jasmine sofa cushions, ensuring maximum comfort and support. The bottom layer is a firm piece of foam, the middle is a slim, slightly domed foam with a corrugated underside, and the top is a thicker domed foam also with a corrugated underside. These cushions feel luxurious to sink into and don't require any plumping.

Back support: Serpentine springs provide excellent back support.

Back cushion: Blown fibres fill these soft, reversible back cushions.

Feet: Beech feet and black glides.

We choose our upholstery materials to look good, feel good, and to last. We make sofas for real homes where real life happens. Sofas for all sizes of home, all kinds of interior, and for all kinds of families.

Keep fabric upholstery looking good with regular vacuuming and dusting. Give real wood legs a polish. We stock a fabric care kit, with specialist products for general cleaning, and for old or resistant marks.

Sunlight

Sunlight can cause upholstery to fade. If your sofa is placed in a sunny part of the room, maybe draw the curtains at the sunniest times of day, or have a colourfast throw to shield the sofa from the strongest sunlight.

Sofas start with the frame. All of our sofa frames come with a lifetime guarantee, as we incorporate hardwood into every one and fix all joints with classic carpentry skills to prevent creaking.

Seat base. Serpentine springs spread the load of seat cushions. We use more than most manufacturers, giving a stronger base for support.

Seat cushions. Foam and fibre fillings are used in different ways across our ranges. Choose from styles with firmer comfort or cushions that are luxuriously soft.

Back cushions. Our sofas come in different styles. Tensioned webbing and superloop back springs support classic high back looks and pillow back cushions alike, fibre-filled for sink-in comfort.

Scatter cushions. Most of our sofas come with feather or fibre-filled scatter cushions. Made to match particular sofa ranges, they add that extra bit of comfort.

Brought this for occasional use and as a spare bed for when guests are allowed again (after COVID). We’ve had to use it as a main sofa due to a delay in delivery from AHF. It looks good, its a firm seat which needs a footstool for us to get into movie watching comfort. The cushions do not slip or move. Not used it as a bed yet. We tested the conversion from sofa to bed and it was easy, the mattress was deep and comfy. Felt like a proper bed. Also easy to put away and back to a sofa. Back and seat Cushions need a adjusting after use to keep it looking good.
