Very happy with product however the delivery was a nightmare. 2 delivery people arrived and checked access to the flat. They left and never returned leaving my tenant without any explanation. When I phoned Oak I was informed that the delivery company had said there wasn't enough room to negotiate the van to the car park, so they left, despite the fact they had been informed by the concierge that they could pull up in front of the building. Oak were very unhelpful in rebooking a delivery slot, making no concessions for their mistake, leaving my tenant without any furniture for a week

More compact than my old sofa and provides more support, as well as being comfortable. Easy to assemble and easy to move around on my tiled floor. There were issues with delivery however. The driver was irritable, unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the whole experience unpleasant. No stars for this part!

The sofas are lovely how ever I’m disappointed with the delivery. The sofas were delivered and just by looking at the house we were told these are impossible to take in with out trying and said we will leave in the garage. My husband who speaks little English tried his best to communicate and asked to at least try and if you can’t to then leave in garage. The delivery drivers were adamant that these sofas will not go in. My husband managed to convince them to try the 2 seaters which the drivers did end up putting in the living room without any problem what so ever. When it came to the 4 seater they again said that this is impossible and will leave in garage. My husband again asked to try at least but they were adamant it’s impossible. They brought the sofas to the door and without trying said we can’t put it in and put in the garage and and left immediately. That same morning my husband and dad picked the 4 seater up and managed to put it in the living room with out any problems. My main concern is that if you’re paying lots of money for a service it needs to met adequately. Also when buying the sofas I was advised by the seller I will receive a sofa cleaning kit with no additional charge. That was also not given at the time of delivery. I am very disappointed with the delivery service. I’m sure these delivery drivers are trained to be able to fit sofas into tight spaces.

This sofa is perfect in our lounge. Very pleased with its material and style. It looked smaller in the store but is a quite roomy.

My 3rd purchase from this company, on all occasions my order arrived on designated day and within the allocated time slot, best of all they pack everything up well with protective cardboard and polythene, so far i have not received a damaged item. I chose this sofa because the base and back cushions are reversible and the smoothe chenille fabric is hard wearing, base cushions are also block foam so dont need constant plumping.
