Amazing is the only word I can use, this is the best furniture we have purchased in 43 years of our marriage. Every visitor takes a shine to it , they also want one.

Given 5 stars for style as this could be a really lovely sofa, if the quality was better. I was told in store when ordering, that it comes really top quality without adding extras compared to other sofa companies and has to pass quality control before it comes. I'm not sure this is really the case in all honesty! There is filling missing from the ends of the arms, the stitching isn't straight which makes the fabric bulk up and there's creases and marks in certain places which makes the cushions out of shape. I was so pleased when we got our sofa, the manager even managed to get us a delivery squeezed in when there wasn't one available which was amazing, but been disappointed since it arrived. I have contacted the store we purchased it from, sent email after email with pictures, and heard nothing back! Some of the sofa is great and you can see the potential of it being an all round great sofa, just a shame some parts are defected else we would have been completely happy with our purchase.

After sitting on my neighbours couch which is the same one, I was thrilled to get it in the sales, love it so much, only problem is if I sit down it makes me fall asleep 😂

The staff in store were so helpful and understanding as we was let down from another company. They got the sofa to us as quickly as possible

Very disappointed with the service was told by staff in Haverfordwest it would fit through our living room door however this was not the case. The delivery men left the corner piece in our conservatory and we had to pay a glazier to take window out . My wife telephoned the Haverfordwest branch and we were told the assistant manager Who sold us the sofa (Naomi) would ring us back but she never did. Very disappointed with the quality of service

We would highly recommend oak furniture land.We picked our sofa,paid a bit extra for flexibile delivery,Delivery men were very polite and set up our sofa and made sure I was happy with it before they left.
