Returns Policy

At Oak Furnitureland, we want you to enjoy the furniture you buy from us, and feel confident about ordering it, too. If you need to change your order – or cancel it – please follow the guidelines below.

  • You can exchange anything on your order before delivery. Please contact us on 0800 440 2254, and select option 2, at least 3 working days before your delivery date.

  • If you need to cancel your order before delivery for any reason, please let us know at least 3 working days before your delivery date.

  • Once delivered, all online orders placed online have a 14 day money back guarantee.

  • Orders placed in one of our stores have a 7 day money back guarantee, excluding beds, mattresses and made to order sofas and armchairs.

  • If you would like to return or exchange any of your items, we are more than happy to help. You need to contact us within the 14 days (for online orders) or 7 days (for Showroom orders)

  • All items being returned to us are subject to a returns fee that varies depending on the size of the item being collected. They’re listed below. If you're viewing this page on a mobile device, it's best viewed in landscape mode.

If no one is home to let us deliver your order on the day of delivery, we will charge a flat redelivery fee of £49.

Beds, mattresses and made to order armchairs, footstools, loveseats and sofas bought in our Showrooms are classed as special items, and therefore the collection fee is a percentage of the cost of the item.
