Delivered on time! Quality, beautiful! Easy to put together. If i have any negatives, its having to get rid of so much packaging and putting it together, which i might add was easy! We got 2 of these.. now if only we could stay awake! The charger point with good leads, are fast!

The perfect sofa for us. Comfy, supportive, classic style. Plenty of room for 2. The rise and recline is fabulous and there is a fight to sit in it first. We paid for premium delivery- it arrived on the day stated, but the communication/messages were confusing- we were supposed to have a time slot, but the online advice said it was still being built! - when you have to pay extra (which is a bit of a con) for delivery it should be as slick as they promise. But the product is excellent x

Really solid and sturdy. Recliners and phone chargers on each end are a real bonus. We had to wait about 16 weeks but completely worth it. We also paid the £100 for them to set up and unpack and take away the packaging and the guys done a great job - we just had to sut back and enjoy these really comfortable and stylish sofas. We also have z nig dog who sits on the sofa and so far, any mud and marks have just wiped away.

For the week I've had the sofa it has been great, however I had to wait 5 months for delivery!!! It was ordered and paid for in full on 7th August and had a delivery of 22 Nov (with premium delivery), which was already a long waiting time, without premium delivery it would have been longer, but I was told the week before delivery that it would not be delivered on the day specified (I had already booked time off work) snd the first available date was 5th January. There was no apology as the rebooking of the delivery date was automated, no offer of compensation bearing in mind they had had my money since August. Therefore I would not recommend oak furniture land on delivery

Very disappointed with furnitureland its impossible to get the product yourself so why add delivery charges Mayfair and other company's inc delivery you charge so the price of the sofa is wrong its the price plus delivery even if you bump up your prices by the delivery amount and gave us free delivery i think trading standards should look into this as i believe you falsely advertise a price but the customer cant purchase and receive unless they get you to deliver it at a price the customer has no other option
