It's a bit early to say what the longevity of the sofa will be like, but first impressions are good, and I have honestly never been a sofa sleeper......until now. Obviously comfortable enough for me to doze off in, just to annoy the wife!! Only annoying thing about the 3 seater is the centre seat doesn't recline or lift the feet, meaning we now sit either end of the sofa instead of together.

Excellent sofa. Looks tremendous. Possibly the seating should be a little softer and not quite so firm. Maybe it softens with use.

This sofa is much like the two seater, but the two outer recliner cushions seem much softer than the two seater. I wonder how long they will last in the coming months and years!!

We are very pleased with the new settees although we both felt they were more comfortable in the shop. We think this may be due to the newness and hoping they will settle once they've been used a while. Really like the recliner!!! It's very heavy to move.

The sofa is really comfy and we are really pleased with it. The workers in store are very helpful and lovely, just a shame that the delivery people are moody and rude! It seems they were having a bad day but doesn't mean they should be short with the customer!

Very pleased with our sofas. So comfortable. Great service at the Swansea store. We were even given the option to bring forward the delivery date which we opted for. We were kept well informed regarding the delivery and the delivery men were efficient and polite.

Nice sofa but we ordered it with a chair which we didn't get. Nobody ever available to talk to on the customer service number , very poor. Very stressful all round and would never use them again. Nobody from customer services has ever contacted us.

We love our new sofas! They are very comfortable, and the look and feel of the leather is just what we were wanting – very soft, not shiny, and the "least cold" feeling leather that we found of all the sofas we saw while shopping at various stores. We look forward to enjoying them for years to come! The customer service was great as well, from the employees at the Oak Furnitureland shop to the delivery guys. Great experience from start to finish.

Although very happy with the product, very unhappy that I was never told it would require assembly. The delivery drivers just dropped the box and went. So not only did I have to unpack the item and assemble it but then had to dispose of a huge cardboard box.
