Very friendly staff on arrival and knowledgeable. Very quick delivery. Delivered in 10 days but could have had it sooner. Delivery on time and was phoned before they arrived. Placed furniture in room for us. Thanks to everyone involved for a great experience. Highly recommended

This chair is OK but in the showroom was displayed near a wall. We have it in open plan areas and the back of this chair and the sofa electric chairs looks really untidy. I would really hope for the rear cloth to hang down to floor level

So far everything has been good, its very comfy and seems well made, zip of sections for cleaning and a metal frame for strength. The power leads very long, we have a single and 2 doubles set out in an L shape and my socket is in the corner and there was plenty of wire left.
