It's a bed. I tried it in the shop and liked it so I bought it. They delivered it when they said they would. I'm very happy with it.

The product itself is of reasonable quality, the timber is good but the fittings were somewhat approximate in their positioning. The real issue that needs tackling in this day and age is the prodigious quantity of expanded polystyrene packaging which I find objectionable and needs a trip to the tip to dispose of.

Really solid piece of furniture, arrived with no damage and well packaged (did have quite a lot of packaging!!) but it had prevented any damage. Looks great and was easy to assemble.

The bed is lovely. However, there were quite a few scratches on the slats. I tried to email photos but got no response. Tried to contact through the online form but can't upload photos that you have already taken and can't submit without photos. Overall nice product but careless workmanship took the shine off and customer service processes could be better.
